A 45-minute class. This class is currently taught on-line once a month on a Sunday and is free. This unique class is available to both the Christian and non-Christian as a way to connect with God through worship music, prayer, scripture reading, Yoga, stretching, and breathing. Offered one Sun a month at 3pm.
A 45 minute class. This class is currently taught at a park for students 6th through 8th grade. Classes are taught on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3pm to 3:45pm. Calisthenic type exercises are taught along with timed running drills and body weight training for strength and core. Every month is a new PE block so enrollment is one month at a time. A variety of themes are woven into these classes that middle school students enjoy such as MineCraft, Star Wars, Jurassic Park, and trivia games. The 9th class of the month is always a bonus or make-up class where a gift card to the most improved student is handed out along with a few treats.
A new offering! Jen loves being in the kitchen and making healthy, nutritious and delicious food! To teach her clients about what plant-based, nutrient-dense food should look like and taste like, she is hosting a drop-in style opportunity to speak to her about healthy food and sample some of her kitchen favorites! Jen will be offering her delectable goodies from her home kitchen as a service to her clients. Donations are welcomed to help cover the costs. Items may include Jen’s breakfast bars, raw protein bars, chocolate chia seed pudding, plant-based yogurt parfaits, and more! Curbside drop in is from 9:30am to 11:00am.
If you are specifically looking for nutrition coaching and guidance, Jen can meet with you one on one and evaluate your food journal, eating habits and behavior in order to help create new healthier habits that will put you down a better path to your food and nutrition goals. Recommended time for this class is one hour.
As a service to her clients, Jen offers quarterly Challenges: fall, winter, and spring. Challenges are six weeks in length and are designed to mentally and physically push clients to rise up and elevate their fitness level. Challenges typically include a weigh in and measuring of the hips and waist. There are a variety of fitness tests that are administered and documented as well as unique Boot Camps and Park Fitness classes that are designed to elevate the fitness level of attending clients. Winners are announced at the end of the six week period of time and free classes are awarded to top winners from fitness test and weight loss.
