Jen Allan is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, who is certified through the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and has been running her own business since 2009. Jen is a self-employed fitness professional in the Bay Area who teaches out of her home studio or outside utilizing nearby parks. Jen teaches a variety of fitness formats weaving in functional strength, cardio, and core conditioning throughout her Boot Camps, Outdoor Park Fitness, Yoga, Barre, and Cardio Kick Boxing classes. Jen’s style and approach is unique because of the efficiency and effectiveness that signifies her classes. Jen loves fusion style formats and is highly creative combining different methods to keep things fresh and exciting.
