Jen Allan

It is my goal to provide an outlet for fitness that is affordable, fun and effective. Whether you choose personal training or one of my group exercise programs, I promise to provide an environment that will motivate and inspire you to become as healthy and fit as you are capable of being.

Saturday from
7:00-8:00am

60 minute Boot Camp

Offered at Valley Bible Church every Saturday morning and is a group exercise format for the intermediate to advanced exerciser. Come and join us as we change up the pace utilizing HIIT training combined with body weight training, partner and team drills, quarterly fitness challenges, running and sprint drills, and a variety of agility, balance, and core training. We exercise outdoors in the summer months and indoors in inclement weather.

For equipment, we use stability balls, Dynamax medicine balls, Spri Slam Balls, Spri Deadweight Slam Balls, dumbells, Bosus’, glider discs, battling ropes, sand bags, slosh pipes, resistance bands, and the best of all - our bodies! For our cardio drills, we use agility ladders, stairs, obstacle courses with cones, balance pods and steps. You’ll need a good pair of running shoes, layered clothing, a bottle of water and willingness to learn and participate. Preview Bootcamp

30 minute Boot Camp

Offered every Saturday and is a fun way for the beginning exerciser to improve cardiovascular efficiency, agility, core strength and endurance. Similar tools will be used from the regular Boot Camp, except that the pacing and feel of the class will be lower impact and less intense. Preview Bootcamp

Tuesday from
5:45-6:45pm

60 minute Cardio Core

Offered every Tuesday night at Jen’s personal training home studio with a small group training format for up to four people. An intense hour focused on core, balance, and flexibility training. You will be using a variety of core training equipment such as: the Bosu, TRX, stability ball, gliding discs, Bender Ball, tubing, medicine balls, and a variety of isometric exercises in order to strengthen your entire body and increase proprioception. Tuesday from
6:55-7:25pm
& 7:35-8:05pm

30 minute Cardio Core

Offered every Tuesday night at Jen’s personal training home studio with a small group training format for up to four people. This class is 30 minutes long and is intended for either the beginning exerciser or someone who wants to work efficiently in a 30-minute exercise with intense focus.

Exercises can be low impact or progressed for the intermediate exerciser. Classes will emphasize light cardio, core, and will provide a variety of balance and core tools such as: the Bosu, TRX, stability ball, gliding discs, Bender Ball, tubing, medicine balls, and a variety of isometric exercises in order to strengthen the entire body and increase proprioception. This class is by appointment only. Please contact Jen for address and sign-up.

Thursday from
6:15-7:15pm

60 minute Cardio Fusion

Offered every Thursday night and is a fun packed hour of HIIT training with a variety of fitness styles including: Medicine Ball work outs, boot camp drills, boxing with MMA style, horizontal conditioning, full body resistance with functional training, agility, core and balance. All levels are welcomed!

7:20-7:50pm

30 minute Cardio Fusion

Offered every Thursday night from 7:20pm until 7:50pm. This class is 30 minutes long and intended for either the beginning exerciser or someone who wants to work efficiently in a 30 minute exercise program.

Exercises can be lower impact or progressed for the intermediate exerciser. Classes will emphasize light cardio, core, and will provide a variety of balance and core tools such as the Bender Ball, stability ball, Bosu and light weighted soft medicine balls and tubing.
