VLOG Week of 7/5/20

Hey everyone!

I hope you all had an amazing 4th of July!  I know it definitely looked and felt differently this year, but I hope that you still found ways to celebrate with your families! 

This post will be really quick because I actually did a video shoot this weekend for my VLOG this week.  I put a lot of my heart and soul into this message and would love for all of you to watch it and my hope and prayer is that you would be inspired and filled with hope as you walk into a new week!

Also, on my home page under events, I will be posting my weekly class schedule because the schedule on my website is outdated.  I will eventually change it, but for now, you can either find my class schedule through the blog or clicking on the events link on the home page.

Here is the class schedule for the week:

Monday – Park Fitness 8am & Barre Blend 6pm

Tuesday – Cardio Core On-Line 5:30pm &  Cardio Core Curbside 6:30pm

Wednesday – Barre Blend 8am

Thursday – Park Fitness 8am, Cardio Fusion On-Line 5:30pm & Cardio Fusion Curbside 6:30pm

Saturday – Boot Camp On-Line 7:30am & Park Fitness 8:40am

Please note:  Curbside outdoor fitness classes allow a max of 8 people so it is RSVP.
