New Class! Walking Boot Camp this Sunday, October 14th!
Looking for a low impact option for a weekend boot camp? Come out and try walking boot camp on Sunday, October 14th at 7am at Jen’s house. We’ll power walk for a few minutes and then stop at stations for body weight and core training. You’ll get your heart rate up, sweat, and take care of fitness business but will enjoy a low impact option instead of high impact. Class is 60 minutes. See Jen if you are interested.
