MMB – Monday is Moving Day!

Good morning everyone,

    I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with your families and were able to unplug for a couple of days and take in the magic of the season!  Monday is moving day, and no, I don’t mean we are moving out of a house!  I’m talking about moving your bodies!

    I’ve always believed that Mondays are the most important work out day of the entire week, especially the day after a holiday!  When we work out on a Monday, it sets the tone for the entire week in getting your head right and focused on moving and eating clean.

    For those of us who like to enjoy our weekends with special meals, this makes moving on Mondays that much more important!  So friends, get your running shoes on, grab a set of weights, and make some fitness magic happen!  If you have thoroughly enjoyed yourself over Christmas, don’t have shame and guilt, just start moving again and drink lots of water, eat really clean with lots of salads and veggies, and you’ll feel back to normal in a few days.  This is my plan too and while I’ve enjoyed the special treats of Christmas, I’m looking forward to getting back to a normal routine of focused work outs and clean eating.  So, you ready to join me?!  Let’s do it!

    This past Saturday was the Boot Camp & Brunch and it was an awesome turn out!  Thanks to everyone who was able to make it out and participate!  You guys worked super hard and it was so much fun to socialize together afterwards in sharing a meal and fellowship!  Scroll down below after announcements and check out some of the photos!

  1.  Regular Class Schedule this week.

  2. New Year’s Eve Morning Boot Camp 12/31!  Join us for one combined class from 7:30am to 8:30am! Modifications will be shown for beginners.  Enjoy a treat from Mama Jen afterwards!

  3. December “I Conquered Temptation” Contest – ends on 12/31.  You have all week to avoid those holiday temptations, so keep track and mark them down to put into the box!  The drawing will be after Boot Camp on 12/31!  Winner receives a $50 class card!

  4. Pre-paid Cards 2016 = 12/31 is the last day to purchase pre-paid cards at 2016 rate!

  5. Running Boot Camp – New Year’s Day from 11am to noon at Jen’s house!  Let me know if you’d like to join the fitness fun in kicking off 2017!

  6. Week Winter Fitness Challenge begins Saturday, January 14th! Let’s get weighed, measure body fat, and get ready for a military themed Challenge that will inspire and motivate you! More details to follow.
