MMB – Fit For Change Challenge is a Wrap!
I hope you are having a great weekend! I’m sending my blog out early because I’m going to be leaving early tomorrow to go hiking Mt. Diablo with the boy scouts! That sounds like fun huh!? Yesterday morning was the last Fit For Change Challenge and it was so obvious that you guys have been working hard these past few weeks! I felt like a proud mama as I was busy measuring and weighing all of you, because you all shrunk! All I have to say is FANTASTIC job everyone! Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication these past six weeks for laser focusing in on clean eating and consistent work outs. Does it work? You betcha and the proof is in the numbers because everyone, who I measured, reduced. Wowza!
For the last Challenge, you guys fought hard in doing repeat stations and running drills with stairs. I hope you felt mentally and physically challenged, because I am always careful to design my boot camps to work every muscle group in all planes of motion, level changes, horizontal conditioning, proprioception, and HIIT drills. I do this so you can get the most out of your experience in burning calories, shedding fat, building strength, and increasing endurance and stamina. Congratulations you guys! Let’s keep up the great work and keep the spiral going up!

1st place – Lisa Dillon with a 5.5% reduction in body fat & 3 % points off BMI! Lisa also shrunk about an inch all around her body. Wins a Free Class!
2nd place – Christy Stevens lost 3 lbs, 2% points in body fat, 2 inches off her waist and 3 inches off her hips!
3rd place – Kathy Schalin, Christi Stevenson, Lynnda Philbrook, and Nancy Bircher lost between 2-3 pounds and all shrunk about 1-2 inches.

- Next Running Boot Camp is Sunday, February 25th at 11am! A 5k distance with strength and core drills! Yahoo! Let me know if you’d like to attend. We meet at my house in Pleasanton. For beginners and intermediates.
