MMB – Hybrid is Happening!
Good morning everyone!
I hope you all had a great weekend and were able to get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather! This past week was another excellent turn out for the Jen Allan Fitness community and it was also the first hybrid week of both in-person and on-line class options. What do you guys think? Do you like the options of having both in-person and on-line? I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback!
For Thursdays, I realize that I’m offering three classes and it may be hard to have all three run because I need a minimum of four people, but I will keep offering that schedule for now as I am still experimenting and figuring out the best way to serve you guys with the right combination of classes, days and times. Monday – Barre Blend 6pm Tonight!
Tuesday – Cardio Core On-Line 5:30pm & Cardio Core Curbside 6:30pm
Wednesday – Barre Blend 8am
Thursday – Park Fitness 8am, Cardio Fusion On-Line 5:30pm & Cardio Fusion Curbside 6:30pm
Saturday – Boot Camp On-Line 7:30am & Park Fitness 8:40am
Let’s keep gathering together to increase our fitness level guys! Eating solid nutrition and working our bodies out hard on a regular basis is how we are going to keep our immune systems strong!
