Little League Baseball Stretching Guide and Warm-Up Video
As a personal trainer and mother of two boys in little league baseball, I understand the importance of proper dynamic stretching before practices and games. I’ve created a baseball stretching guide demonstrating both a quick 5 minute warm-up, as well as a more comprehensive warm-up featuring cardio, agility, and core drills.
