Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken, Harvest Blend and Balsamic Asparagus
Check out this marinade! Now that we are getting into BBQ season, you must try this! Enjoy with a whole grain side dish and asparagus! Yum!
Honey-Mustard Marinade:
1/2 cup good quality Dijon Mustard like Grey Poupon
1/4 cup honey
2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper (omit if you don’t like spice)
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, whisk ingredients.
Makes about 1 cup
Marinate chicken for 3-4 hours before grilling
Ingredients:
6-8 Organic Chicken Thighs
Side dish – TJ’s Harvest Blend Medley
-2 cups of water or broth and 1/2 package of medly

Asparagus – Prepare a sauce pan with 2-3 tblsp of water and steam asparagus for 3-4 minutes. Saute with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, garlic and salt and pepper.
