For the month of March, log all of your greens and find out who ate the most greens at the end of the month! Winner will get a class card! Join us for a 6 week challenge that will inspire and motivate you to take the next level in your fitness! Get weighed in at the beginning and again at the end of the 6 weeks. Let’s find out who the biggest reducers are! Every Saturday will be a timed athletic and competitive event for you to bring out your competitive nature! Let’s gather together to kick off the first day of the New Year with a Running Boot Camp! Class will last about an hour and will begin at 11am. Bring family and friends and let’s get our 5K distance in with strength and core drills along the way! Cost is the same as a 60 minute class card or $15 for drop in.
Now through the end of December, log all of the moments that you chose not to cave into temptation! Whenever you say “no” to those Christmas cookies, chocolates, sugary coffee drinks, and more, log your moment and enter my drawing for the entire month of December. I’ll have a drawing at the end of December to find out who will win a class card! Just say no to excess sugar!
Bring your family along for an awesome on Saturday, December 23rd from 7am to 8am, and then enjoy a Mama Jen’s brunch afterwards for some food and fellowship! Let’s celebrate another year of hard work and achievement. There will only be one boot camp on this Saturday, so let’s kick off our Christmas weekend with a good dose of burning up calories, shedding fat, and enjoying one another for a work out and brunch!
