Tuesday:  Cardio Core On-Line 6:30pm Note:  Outdoor Cardio Core TBD – depending on air quality

Wednesday:  Barre Blend On-Line 7:30am & Cardio Fusion On-Line 6:00pm

Thursday:  Park Fitness 8am TBD – depending on air quality, Cardio Fusion On-Line 6:30pm Note:  Outdoor Cardio Fusion TBD – depending on air quality.

Saturday:  Boot Camp On-Line 7:30am & Park Fitness 8:40am TBD – depending on air quality

Please note the change that Cardio Core On-Line &  Cardio Fusion On-Line have moved to Monday and Wednesday nights instead of Tuesday and Thursday nights.

Mon 8/17/20  TBD-Park Fitness 7:30am (meet off of Sutter Gate)  & Barre Blend On-Line 6pm

Tues 8/18/20  Cardio Core On-Line 5:30pm & TBD-Cardio Core Curbside 6:30pm (meet off of Sutter Gate) If it’s too hot or smokey, then class would be cancelled. 

Wed 8/19/20   Barre Blend On-Line 7am (Note new time change due to work schedules shifting)

Thurs 8/20/20  Park Fitness 8am, Cardio Fusion On-Line 5:30pm & Cardio Fusion Curbside 6:30pm (should be normal parking on my street and cooler temps)

Sat 8/22/20  Boot Camp On-Line 7:30am & Park Fitness 8:40am.
