Thankfulness Boot Camp is Saturday, November 24th!

HI Everyone,

Come and join us for this fun filled boot camp where we focus on thankfulness and celebrate by moving our bodies, burning up hundreds of calories, and shedding fat together!  Just in time for the holidays!  Classes are at 7am and 8:05am!

New Class! Walking Boot Camp this Sunday, October 14th!

Looking for a low impact option for a weekend boot camp?  Come out and try walking boot camp on Sunday, October 14th at 7am at Jen’s house.  We’ll power walk for a few minutes and then stop at stations for body weight and core training.  You’ll get your heart rate up, sweat, and take care of fitness business but will enjoy a low impact option instead of high impact.  Class is 60 minutes.  See Jen if you are interested.

Jen’s 9th Year BBQ Business Celebration this Saturday!

Next Running Boot Camp is Sun. July 1st

Hi Everyone,

Mark your calendars for Sunday, July 1st at 7am!  We’ll either run on my home street or head out to the sports park.  This class incorporates running drills with strength and core training!  Killer calories are burned!  Location TBD.  See you on 7/1!

June Veggie Challenge!

For the month of June, log those veggies!  Steam them, roast them, juice them, eat them in salads, or eat raw!  Keep track on a log and let’s see who can consume the most veggies!  There will be a recipe contest and challenge on Saturday, June 30th after boot camp.  Winner receives a class card!
