Mark your calendar for 9/29 to kick off the Fall Fitness and Nutrition Challenge! This will be a six week Challenge where you’ll have the chance to learn about nutrition, push yourself physically, lose weight, and get lean!

Mark your calendars for Sunday, July 1st at 7am! We’ll either run on my home street or head out to the sports park. This class incorporates running drills with strength and core training! Killer calories are burned! Location TBD. See you on 7/1!
For the month of June, log those veggies! Steam them, roast them, juice them, eat them in salads, or eat raw! Keep track on a log and let’s see who can consume the most veggies! There will be a recipe contest and challenge on Saturday, June 30th after boot camp. Winner receives a class card!
