For the months of June and July, I will be changing up my class formats to 45 minutes only as a trial. Let’s see what you guys think?! You can buy pre-paid cards in these amounts: 4 classes = $50, 8 classes = $95, and 12 classes = $135.
We’ll re-evaluate at the end of July. Let’s do it!

Wear your Irish best for this special boot camp where we will weave in fitness with some St. Patty’s Day games and fun! Bring a friend and come out to this special boot camp at VBC! Classes are 7am to 8am and 8:05am to 8:35am!
When I think of March, I think of St. Patrick’s Day and all things green! How perfect to kick off the month of March with a plant based recipe contest! After 2nd boot camp on Saturday, bring one of your favorite veggie dishes to share and let’s see who will win the contest and the grand prize – to be revealed on 3/2!
Next Walking Boot Camp is Sunday, February 17th at 11am! Class is an hour. For all levels. Drop in cost is $15.
