Saturday – Boot Camp On-Line 7:30am & Park Fitness 8:40am
Please note: Curbside outdoor fitness classes allow a max of 8 people so it is RSVP.

Wear your favorite Irish green and come out for this holiday inspired boot camp! There may be a special green breakfast item to enjoy too! There will be a costume contest, so let’s get festive!
Boot Camp is 7:30am to 8:15am!
Valley Bible Church
Come out and join us for this special winter challenge that will inspire, motivate, and take your fitness to the next level! We’ll weigh in on 1/18 and again in six weeks to find out who the biggest reduces are! All levels are welcomed! Class is 7:30am to 8:15am! Class features athletic and cardio drills, body weight training, compound resistance, core, multi-plane exercises, HIIT, Med ball drills, obstacle courses, running, plyos and more! Classes held at Valley Bible Church in Pleasanton. 7106 Johnson Drive.
Come out this Saturday for a special holiday boot camp celebrating our blessings! It will be a typical hard boot camp, but some corny Thanksgiving jokes thrown in there and some turkey fun! Class is 7:30am to 8:15am at Valley Bible Church.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 14th for the start of another 6 Week Challenge! Come early on the 14th or plan to stay after boot camp for measurements. Bring a friend and challenge each other to rise up and take your fitness to the next level!
For the months of June and July, I will be changing up my class formats to 45 minutes only as a trial. Let’s see what you guys think?! You can buy pre-paid cards in these amounts: 4 classes = $50, 8 classes = $95, and 12 classes = $135.
We’ll re-evaluate at the end of July. Let’s do it!
