Blog – Celebrating Mobility by Being Mobile!

Hi Everyone!

I hope you had a lovely weekend and were able to find ways to move out there!  Did you miss classes on Saturday?  What did you do with your time?  Did you sleep in?  Have a family breakfast?  Go on a hike?  Bike ride?  I would love to hear how you all spent your time!  While I missed all of you very much, I had a wonderful time exploring the Henry Coe Regional Park in Morgan Hill with my boys and their Troop.  It’s a lovely park and definitely worth visiting. It’s not that far away either!  These picture are the quintessential California background with rolling hills and Oak trees!  Check out these photos from the weekend:

Monday:  Park Fitness Hills Dublin 10:15am & Cardio Core On-Line 5:30pm

Tuesday:  Cardio Core Curbside 5:30pm

Wednesday:  Barre Blend On-Line 12noon and Cardio Fusion On-Line 6pm

Thursday:  Park Fitness 9:15am and Cardio Fusion Curbside 5:30pm

Friday:  Barre Blend On-Line 6:45am

Saturday:  Boot Camp On-Line 7:30am and Park Fitness 8:40am

 

Middle School PE March Classes are open for enrollment!  If you have a 6th, 7th, or 8th grader and are looking for ways to get your kids moving, here is the solution!  Check out my PE flyer for March!

 

What does Jen cook on the weekend for a special meal with her family?  I’ll tell you and show you!  Wild caught grilled Halibut with tropical salsa, ginger coconut Jasmine rice and a spicy Thai cucumber salad.  Yumm!

The more you move, the more you live.  The more you live, the happier and more joy filled you will be.  Why?  Because living takes energy…a lot of energy!  Loving on people can be exhausting and yes, it takes energy.  So, the more you move, the more you live and the better you are able to love, serve, give, teach, or whatever you do that makes you…you!  Let’s keep pressing on and encouraging each other to put the hard work in, even when it isn’t convenient or you don’t feel like it.  Those are the moments we must press on the most because that’s when a good habit can be broken.  You are worth those good habits so let’s keep living life and mobility together!
