Blog 11/9/20 Jen Allan “Merch” is coming!
Good morning everyone!
I hope you are walking into your Monday feeling ready to go! There has certainly been a shift in the weather, huh?! Uh, 32 degrees this morning? Yeah, that’s cold for us! My Chiweenie, Ava, has been shaking and cold! Well, as always, let’s be thankful we aren’t knee deep in snow! That might be a problem trying to do outdoor fitness curbside! LOL!
Some of you know that I have been partnering with my son, Ryan, to create a graphic logo and design for some merchandise. Well, I’m happy to say that it’s done! Yay!
I am working with a site called https://www.uberprints.com/which is a digital and screen printing company, and have uploaded product options for you guys to check out!
Step 1: Images. Check out the images that I’ve created and let me know what you might be interested in ordering. Let me know the product, size and color. If you are interested in a color not show, please let me know. It may or may not be possible just depending if I go the digital or screen printing route. There are more color options with screen printing. If you’d like, you can take a peek at Uberprints.com color selection.
Step 2: Pricing. I’m not sure how much the product will cost yet, because it depends on volume. I won’t get into all of the details, but it has to do with digital printing verses screen printing. My logo design has the max amount of colors, so of course, this drives the cost up. I’m hoping to target tank-top and t-shirt prices to be around the $25 to $28 range and the sweat shirts and hoodies to be in the $35 to $45 range. This is a rough estimate. The cost will be more economical if I go the digital printing route, but I won’t know until I’ve added up all of the orders. BTW, I’m not marking up any of the cost. I so appreciate you guys being willing to wear something in support of my business and help market what I do!
Step 3: Final Count. Once I’ve heard back from everyone who is interested, I’ll tally up everything and let you know the cost. I will also order some additional products to keep on hand, so this should help drive the cost down too.
Here are the images of the products:
