6-Week Winter Fitness Challenge Begins 1/18!
Come out and join us for this special winter challenge that will inspire, motivate, and take your fitness to the next level! We’ll weigh in on 1/18 and again in six weeks to find out who the biggest reduces are! All levels are welcomed! Class is 7:30am to 8:15am! Class features athletic and cardio drills, body weight training, compound resistance, core, multi-plane exercises, HIIT, Med ball drills, obstacle courses, running, plyos and more!
